These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between Amulet boutique and you (the Customer). By using the Amulet Boutique site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Our Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time; any changes will be announced on the Amulet boutique site. If you do not wish to accept the Terms and Conditions or any updates thereto, you should discontinue the use of the site. If you continue to use the site after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the site will be construed as your acceptance and your agreement to be bound by those Terms and Conditions.

Registration and Ordering

To order goods from the site, you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your username and password and for preventing unauthorised access to your account.

All orders and subject to acceptance and availability.


All payment for Goods and for the cost of packaging and delivery must be made before the Goods are delivered. Payment online will be made by credit or debit card.


We will give you an estimated delivery date for the Goods but no times or dates provided by us are guaranteed. We will arrange for packing and we will decide on the method of delivery either by post, courier or otherwise. You must notify us promptly and in any event within 48 hours or receipt of any Goods if they appear to be damaged in transit. In those circumstances, you must also keep all packaging as this may be required when making a claim.


Prices displayed on this Website apply to online purchases only. They are not indicative of the price of identical items purchased in store or by any other means. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the website at any point.

The cost of packaging and postage is shown separately.

All published prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Return Policy & Instructions

If you wish to return goods please notify us of your intent to return by email info@amuletboutique.co.uk within 7 days and ensure you return them to us unused within 14 days. We will provide a refund or you can exchange them for alternative products.

Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.

Please note that due to hygiene considerations earrings and underwear are excluded from our returns policy, and therefore are not refunded or replaced.

Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited.

Items sent back after the 14 days may be sent back to the customer.

The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made within 28 days of receiving the returned items.

We will not be responsible for the postage charges to send items back.

Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of any breakage within two days of receiving the order.

It is not necessary to return goods to us using the Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery service. However, we strongly recommend you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund return/ exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including our Sale periods.


Whilst all reasonable care is taken to ensure accuracy of the contents and information on this site, Amulet Boutique or anyone associated with Amulet Boutique cannot accept any liability for any loss arising out of direct or indirect use of this information. Amulet Boutique reserves the right to change the data, references, product specifications, pricing or otherwise amend the contents in full or part at any time without notice. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any viruses or other technically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, programs or data as a result of your use of this Website or of your downloading of any material posted on it, or any website linked to it.

When we confirm that we have received your order a contract does not exist between us. A contract between us exists when we notify you of the acceptance of your order and dispatch. We have included this term to protect both parties in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product.
