If you are not entirely delighted with the goods you have chosen, please ensure you notify your intention of returning your purchases to us within seven days (tel. 0117 2399932 or email email@example.com). You have 14 days in which to return the purchases. (Sale items must be returned within 7 days).
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Please be aware of perfume, deodarant and cigarette smoke when trying on your garments. Items returned that have an odour left on them will not be accepted.
Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited.
Please note. We do not refund the delivery charge on the original order.
Exceptions to refunds:
Please note that due to hygiene considerations earrings and underwear are excluded from our returns policy, and therefore are not refunded or replaced.
Although it is not necessary to return goods to us using the Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery service, we strongly recommend you obtain a receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Amulet boutique is not responsible for the postage cost of any returns.
Returning Online Purchases By Post
You are entitled to a full refund on the item(s) if it is returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Please note return postage is non-refundable.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
Orders placed after the 26th November for Christmas gifts can be returned up to 2nd January.
When we confirm that we have received your order a contract does not exist between us. A contract between us exists when we notify you of the acceptance of your order and dispatch. We have included this term to protect both parties in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product.
